Weight:

HST - increased the weight in most of my lifts !

ABS - circuit

Cardio:

10 minute run

Jeremy, I will track and count my kilometres from maybe Friday on as well with a counter in my blog. Then we can "challenge" us there as well. Important is that we each have a challenge with ourselfs but that system like this would make it as well comparable?!

Great question to ponder. Looking forward - one might ask: What are you being called to do? Where can you make a difference? What lights your fire?

Figure that out and then go DO IT.
