Day 0

Step 1: wake up tomorrow and go to the gym

Step 2: begin dieting tomorrow

Step 3: make 1 post workout blog entry, and post pictures

There will be no hiding from these three simple goals.

Picture a mirror image of yourself, and feel the pressure of your own hand on your back.
Hear your own voice. Listen closely.
